So, one more pound off, its slow, but going in the right direction. I feel change actually happening within. More self control, making sensible choices, thinking further ahead - hope I can make this my regular mode of operation.
Positive things I did this week for my health: Ate salads daily; Cut my food in two and saved one half for different meal; Kept better water intake.
I was in the habit of cooking my meals in a medium sized skillet. I often ate the whole skillet-full (mostly vegetables, but that's still a lot of food). Since journaling my food, and tracking my calories here, I became aware of how much useless to harmful eating I was doing. Even healthy food is not healthy if I eat too much. Now when I cook too much, anything left over from a reasonable portion size, I save in the fridge. I actually think my stomach is shrinking.
