Monday 6th 1262 calories 1pm to 7pm 56 oz water 25 squats
Sunday 5th's numbers: 2221 calories 12noon to 7pm 70 oz water 40 squats - ugh. over 1500 cal were consumed at Sunday dinner. Not to blame anyone, just to look at my own behavior in response to others, I was encouraged to get my seconds in before my 7pm cut off. Then, at 630 I happily ate cake and ice cream. It's all me - no one would take offence if I stuck to my diet.
