Starting to pickup the pace on Wii fit plus
I'm going to purchase EA sports this weekend
I have no problem eating I really don't like sweets,I rather have main course food , I do have trouble with basic execising
especially if not a group sport. But I'm Wii- ling to try anything

Good job exercising one hour!! Isn't it exciting to start new routines and circumvent our old thinking?? Keep up the good work.

Yes Facing is right. Keep up with the exercise. It really does help not only with the weight loss but with the motivation. You can do this and not liking sweets...what a bonus! Enjoy your day!

how sore are you!!! lol! i just bought a wii and the fitness plus and oh boy!!! am i soorrrrre!!! i think i ache everywhere! huh! and i thought i was exercising before!

It' a good sore my dog thinks I'm playing with him when I do step aerobics so he tries to jump on the board too, I count keeping him away as exercise too(LOL).
