Starting Atkins today....I think I may be pushing myself to eat too much because I'm afraid of getting hungry, but instead I feel icky. Have a cold too though - so that may be all it is. I do love this diet, and (probably because of the cold), have had no real cravings yet. Am saving my shake/bar for that possibility. I have used more carbs than I thought - may need to take a closer look at that. Onward and forward!
