went to the dr today, basically to renew my script of my shopping list of medication, and discovered that I have a bladder infection, accompanied by H.Pelori? and my iron level is low. BP is within limits and sugar is ok but could be better....so much for that but hey at least i know what to concentrate on.

Was given medication (extra of course)to help but the iron supplements is for another 6 months. Asked the dr why the left hand side of the body is bigger (with water retention) than the right side....didnt quite get an answer, now that I think about it, I got no answer, will have to ask her about it again when I next see her.

Exercise is still basically non exsistant other than the walking I do when I have to go somewhere or do the shopping or the housecleaning...i have been told by many that all the above is not considered exercising...huh? so therefore my exercising regime is totally not there....:-)

gotta try harder and get going....maybe now that I am having more iron in the diet things will perk up for me and i wont be so tired anymore.

"TEMPTATION USUALLY COMES IN THROUGH A DOOR THAT HAS BEEN DELIBERATELY LEFT OPEN." - A. Glasow - now aint that the truth......

Have a good week ahead and be blessed.

Starting to exercise doesn't have to be tough. Starting off with little things can make a big impact in the long run. I like to carry free-weights around and do a set of curls every so often when I'm sitting down and being idle (like watching TV). If you don't have free-weights, a can of food will do just fine to start (or a bottle of water). Just make sure you're doing something, and increase the quantity and quality of your exercises everyday. You'll see, the most difficult part is getting started, but once you start, you've got the momentum to keep going. Good luck!
