I skipped breakfast which is a no-no. I had a healthy lunch which was grill chicken salad with cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese with a light iltalian dressing. I washed it down with a glass of water. Day one is off to a good start. Now I just need to find time to excercise.
