Hi all, I had the most fun exercising session today. I put on some music and just danced for one hour and ten minutes straight. It was great and I really felt the burn. For my second session, I rode my stationary bike for forty minutes. I also did some house work. I hope that counts for something. I ate well, meaning I made no bad food choices. I got home from class too late to eat dinner, so I had some fruit. I will try to plan better next time. I do so much better on my diet when I stay busy, and so far I have been doing well. I normally would have given up by now and had candy, chips and eaten out. Thanks to everyone for your support and accountability.
