I think I did really well last week, lost 4 lbs. didn't work out as much as I wanted to, but I did work out for 3 hours total. I have really been paying attention to sodium, fat and calories on labels and I think that helps a lot. Moving forward to this week and am still really excited to be in this challenge. I feel like I can succeed in changing my eating habits. I am not looking at this as a diet, but a lifestyle change, eating healthier and working out more.
