starting a new week and it is going to be a long one.... just have to be sure to keep on track despite stressful situations that may come up. my sneakers are in my bag for walking at lunchtime today. So already missed the bus this morning -breathing... not getting upset. He will just have to be late. going to go put together my food for the day. Glad I did my weigh in! I will use the weight loss as added motivation! Have a good week All!
