Its the weekend feeling pretty good. Loving the weather and my walks with my dog and the scale in the bathroom lol. My goals are to drink more water! I can say im pretty proud of myself I gave up soda and its been very easy crazy but true!
73.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
