Okay new year, new fat, new ways to get rid of it. I want a new me and the only way that is going to happen is if I change my life myself. I have decided that I will be making meal plans for myself each week. I also want to try those workout dvds because I can't seem to get myself to the gym. I have a trip to Spain in less then three months, and I want to feel good over there. The time to change in NOW.
