It's been a long time and thought I would give everyone an update on where I'm at. Went a little hog wild over the holidays eating more then I probably should have and am struggling to get back on track, but I didn't gain any weight. On the flip side I've been stuck at 246 for almost 2 months. It's frustrating but I'm going to up my exercise a little and see if that will break me out of this plateau. Other than that I'm just living life and having fun (when I don't have to work!!)
