So, with this coming week I am starting the real weight loss process, after the initial abrupt 10 lbs. I started taking dr. Berg's Wheatgrass juice powder, and some kale smoothie, cranberries. Trying to stay at 1300 calls, and max of 20 carbs. Ket's see. I have basically 65 lbs to go to 165, but I want to see self at 198 first. Just a little under 200.
