I did weigh in on Friday which was my normal day to weigh in, BUT I didn't like what the scale said, so I decided I was going back to my normal Tuesdays. now just to get myself back to when my point week ends and weighing in the same day. Today Started the challenge of using the Wii Fit for 45 minutes. HOLY CRAP I am sweating. This is something I needed because my weight didn't change form last Tuesday! O well start of a new week and start of a new exercise routine, this I am sure will help me 100% get to my goal!! :-)

Thank you, I think the wii fit is going to help a lot. Once it warms up again I am going back to walking when my son is in school.

I just decided that I have heard too many great things about the Wii Fit Plus and I need all the help I can get to lose this weight so, I am going to look into getting one... once I find the best deal, of course :-). I can't wait until the weather warms up again for walking outside, too!!
