I meant to write this journal yesterday but i felt bad and didnt want to admit that at dinner time i binged! :[

my sister bought pepperonis and salamis and fresh mozzarella from valley produce, a market we have in simi valley. we planned to make homemade personal pizzas. We made the crust out of naan which did have nutrition facts, and the sauce from a can, and some low moisture part skim mozzarella from a bag also had facts, so for the most part i was set. plus i added tomato, onion and mushrooms which i dont count to my pizza. the pepperoni i estimated but i have a feeling i was off in counting calories. Its only my first week and i wanted everything i ate to be accounted for. so after i finished my piece that was smaller than everyone elses i wanted more because it was so good, so because i am a good girl and have been running for three days in a row, i decided to let myself have another piece. just a breadstick sized piece of the naan with sauce and a little cheese and pepperoni again, but while it was cooking in the toaster oven, i was feeling really guilty. but even that guilt couldnt stop me from grazing in all the food that was out on the counters. i ate a few pieces of salami and pepperoni here and there. i even had two slices off of the ball of mozzarella.

during dinner i drank an 80z glass of milk and when i took wesley home i had a full cup maybe 12-14 oz of orange juice.


YESTERDAY HOW COULD YOU!?

today however i am trying to be a little better behaved. this morning i ate 5 hersheys kisses, and when i came home to count them i found a serving is nine, so when i went back to work i made sure to eat 4 more. i allowed myself to eat 200 calories worth of sweets today as long as i counted it toward my 1500 a day, and ate sensibly for every other meal. so far so good.

i dont feel bad about todays foods.

a boiled egg and an 8 0z glass of orange juice.
a yoplait strawberry yogurt.
a piece of sara lee toast with smart balance topped with two farmer john sausage links, 1 egg and mushrooms and onions for lunch.
an applesauce cup for snack. I am on the hunt for a zero calorie jello i know i have it somewhere.

for dinner, its cooking right now, my dad made a turkey, and i sliced some sweet potatoes and carrots and im mashing them with a little smart butter and salt. also going to have a potato, i think its carbo-overload, but its okay because its not a full sweet potato and ill take the smallest potato of the ones my dad already has in the oven.

also, just had a small less than one cup glass of orange juice to satisfy that sweet craving.

tomorrow ill hit the gym with amber or wesley. or maybe just go running outdoors because i can only bring one member at a time.

that turkey leg is calling my name, cant wait til dinner is done!
