Today's workout felt like i did horribly but according to my stats, i did slightly better than usual. Huh. improvement, i guess!

also, i can't stop eating sushi. i've been eating it every day at least once for the past week. i usually stick to nigiri because it's better for you but they were out of my favorite pack at the grocery store(my local grocery store actually does halfway decent sushi at a reasonable price!) so i picked up a spicy tuna roll. all it had was the raw tuna, a bit of avocado, rice, nori, and spicy powder on top. it was pretty good but not nearly as filling so i'm still hungry and bummed out haha!

also, i got new workout clothes and i feel cute and like i have a lot more mobility! i also want to pick up a foam roller soon :)
