weight went up but that's expected since yesterday was my cheat day.
Back o track today and looking forward to my next cheat day which is Friday. setting a cheat day really helps me stay motivated
49.4 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
