the weekend was a good one I stayed on track haveing my shake for brkfst. and fruit for snack and smoothie for dinner it was amazing how I was able to just do it and not feel like I was starving I am reading a new book well its new to me its Body for Life and it has alot of wonderful stuff in it I like it alot because its not just a diet book it goes much deeper in to detail about how to get healthy both in the physical and in the mental and spritual. I am very proud of my daughter too because she is trying her best to do good
