New year, new start. I'm not dieting or really going for a goal, I just want to feel better. Since I stopped making conscious choices for my health I have noticed that back pain and knee pain that had gone away has come back. I need to be healthier for me. For my health and happiness. No diet, just more conscious choices for better health.
