Yesterday -joined the "Almost Free" 10K training we started with a 2mile - ate well, was able to save enough calories for 2 5oz glasses of wine.

Today will be challenging working at the Bojangles booth. I am going to bring my snacks- carrots and fruit and water.
90.6 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 22.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
