I havent really lost anything in the last 30 days with all the holidays. uggh gained then lost a few lbs back and forth between all the Holiday partying and eating, but I didn't really have any major set back so that's good! I'm back on track with no major holiday party distractions for the next month or so,,, except for superbowl.. yikes! Lean burger patties and baked chips and nonfat sour creamed dip for me! So long as I'm buying the food I'll be good! yay!
