Stopped recording for awhile, but since December 1, 2016 I have been back into counting food and exercise again. A lot of work but necessary for me. I've crept back up to where I use to be. Pants starting to feel tight, a sure sign to get with it. Life is enjoyable and interesting. I have a pretty good mood, but tiered to much. I'm a keeping going.
