Day3: Up at 5:15am got my coffee and took my morning vitamins. Enjoyed my 45min of quiet time then got the older kids up at 6am. My 3&4yr olds woke up around 7:15. They got cereal at 7:30. I decided at 9:30 to make a real breakfast since I was nearing a good start time for my 8hrs of eating. Cooked up 2 cups of potatoes, 5eggs, and 5pcs of sausage(cut up). I split that between myself and the little guys. I feel satisfied so I am certain I will be able to stay under my RDI for today. I found an awesome meal replacement shake that has 60cal (before being mixed) and 8g protein that I plan to use on my down days!!
