I seem to be on an eating frenzy lately - I do fine in the morning, but when I get home from work I just can't stop eating. I need to recommit. Today I am going to look for a challenge to try to get me on track. I am off to find one now and will do better next week. This week's goal - drink water and eat more fruits and vegetables.
