I am feeling rubbish! Emotionally, I am disturbed and can't get my mind right on the diet. I was watching the biggest loser last night and I felt so motivated and ready to do what I had to do but today, I am dragging. I have to start back with my jog around the track. Last night I had some sloppy joe and it gave me bad heartburn. I felt like doodoo in the morning and I know I have to make a change. I cannot continue to eat like that. Sigh...
