CARBS!!!!
WTF???
I am tired of no matter what I do, no matter how conscious I am, like 45% of my intake is coming from CARBS, its bullshit. The truth is I dont know how to change it, how do I get more protein, less fat, and definitely less carbs. The Atkins thing is not for me, I do love my breads, etc. and willing to cut down and portion, but not willing to give up all together...not realistic, so not an option.....Any and all suggestions will be taken kindly! Thanks

SOunds like you've hit a bit of a wall. I've looked at your food diary and you do take in some carbs. What is Ziti? Can you cut back to one cup of that and substite with salad or vegetables. i see that you've some form of bead 3 times in the day which will really add to the carbs. Try and add more protein by having an extra egg in the morning, or a snack on tins of tuna or sardines. The extra protein will make you feel fuller for longer. Don't get too stressed, it looks like your doing well so don't let the statistic's get you down.

I Did Dr. bersntien a few years back - it allowed for small amount of carbs per day Like 5 or six cracker - low sugar and one slice of low carb bread was all you could intake for the day The protien went down to two 4 oz servings per day and the rest was veggies This was not for me as the calorie intake was lower than I could handle but maybe it would work for you seeing as you cannot give up the processed carbs Sometimes it takes at least two weeks for your carb (bread) cravings to go away and one little bite ends all the work you put in the get rid of the craving and if you are not intaking enough fat wi9th teh protein you are going to be hungry, make sure you cook with Oil and Butter Hope things have gotten better for you Maybe even doing gluten free breads might help
