I have been on every diet under the sun and I get crazy from them! I tend to deprive myself of whatever food or food group I cannot eat then eventually go nuts and binge. I get too obsessed with diet's rules and always sabotage myself. I eat emotionally-usually when I'm lonely, stressed, or bored so am talking to a counselor to get help to learn different ways of dealing with uncomfortable feelings instead of picking up food. I am now drinking lots of water instead of lots of diet soda(which made me feel hungry, eat balanced healthful foods, and get some exercise.
