I went out to lunch this afternoon with a couple of old friends. I probably ate a bit more than I would have if I had not gone out but it wasn't disastrous. Tonight is team bowling night. What I know I REALLY have to watch out for is the drinking tonight - not only does the drinking add calories but it also lowers the will power to stay on my diet.
