Off the back of 4.5 Mile run - Still hovering between 74-77 depending on exercise and weight time.
Thought can run sub 30Min 5Km (3.1Miles) as part of my 4.5 run which given 3 months ago 50+ steps run would leave my knees in agony and seriously out of breath having to count step to force legs to keep moving at slow jog pace fairly easy (mentally) 4.5 miles is quite a turn around..
