Today is a good day. I was lazy today and rested. I guess recovering from the christmas. I purchase the biggest loser ( 6 weeks to a healthier you).$15.34 and Tosca Reno ( Your best body now). $17.95. I have some walk and exercise dvds. I plan to by the Zumba fitness wii. I been reading and educating myself so I can be a healthier me. I decided to be on a low carb ( 1200 calorier intake daily). Drink 64 oz daily and exercise 60 to 90 minutes daily. I have learn to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. With 2 to 3 snacks. As long as I don't go over 1200 calories. And to write down whatever goes in my mouth. I also join the biggest loser challenge on this site.It starts in 4 days. I am on the green team. I am so excited. Well I am off to the gym now..Good luck every one and god bless..Ms Zeno
