Ok, starting my new year's challenge to myself. I gained 7 lbs through the holidays. Today I start proving to myself that I can diet and exercise. And away I go.....
104.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
