Week 1 of Induction is behind me now. I was 100% on plan through the holidays. I must say..if I survived that temptation I am quite hopeful for the future! 12 pounds lost is my shining glory for staying on plan! I can't believe I've lost that much in a week.
I joined the 4 week induction challenge on here that starts on the 1st. I plan on staying on induction longer because of my severe sugar addiction. I'm super excited for the new year and a new me!
