good morning!!
been awake since 4am but not got much done as my back pain is bad
i'm never normally frightened of anything, but not looking forward to tuesday as i know with my medical history there's a very high risk of infection and or paralysis after my procedure, which wont be fun
the reality of workmen in the house when i'll be recovering is sinking in, but i need to bite the bullet and go for it- this is probably not the best time to have no kitchen for 2 weeks and interrupted gas and electricity supply, but i've cancelled twice already and the works will really help me in the long run
normally i'd overeat when stressed or worried, but i'm hoping logging everything on FS will keep me on track! gonna try to be positive and stick to the plan :)
