I used my Wii Biggest Loser game for the first time today and I am out of shape! Bob kicked my butt! And I had it set on the beginner setting. Sad. Very sad. It was frustrating though because according to the game, I only burned around 50 calories. According to my heart rate monitor, I burned 398 calories! HUGE difference! My highest heart rate during the workout was 198 bpm. I really need to condition my heart. Hopefully I'll be able to tell a difference by the end of the four week program. Then I plan to up the intensity and do a longer program. I also decided that I need to use my yoga mat next time. Doing lunges barefoot on a hardwood floor doesn't work very well. :-)

I still have yet to try a workout DVD at the house I just moved into. It has hardwood floors as well...I have yoga mats to use though. : )
