Another hard run (for me) 76.8kg before went out 5 miles later 75.5kg :) pretty pleased with myself ran 4.5 Min PB and still no complaints from my knees despite a snapped cruciate ligament (Football injury 30 years ago) , Considering when I started (3 months ago) 50 steps running left my knee screaming, 35Lbs less weight works wonders on knees :)
