I did a big healthy shop yesterday and am feeling much more positive( havent felt well or motivated enough to do a big shop for weeks)
saw nurse yesterday and am hopeful my dressings can come off soon and i can start swimming again-so i bought a discounted block of 20 swim sessions to spur me on
i have been signed off work until january while i wait for injections in my spine, so have decided to use this period to really concentrate on getting myself as healthy as I can and stop leaving myself at the bottom of my priorities.
i dont know how to reply to individual comments, but thank you all-your support has made the difference, as i was in a really sad place xx

I'm sending you good thoughts and prayers about your health and your weight loss jurney. I think swimming is great. I love being in the water, but i can't swim to save my life. Hmmm, maybe that should be one of my goals. Blessings.
