I looked at them in the 'as seen on TV' section at Walmart. I will look at them again tomorrow, but it looked like the container for carbs was too big for me. But, I'll look closer later.

You can always use the carbs in another container? Like switch them up maybe. Use the bigger one for veggies or something. IDK just a suggestion.

I got these on amazon for $10 but curious what to do if you have to eat a sandwich?

I think these could be helpful to the person that needs help with portion control, but I just weigh/measure my food....

Using FatSecret is my portion control. If it tells me I'm done for the day, I'm done for the day... which is why I have to portion appropriately, so I'm not done by noon :-)

We drive a big truck and I do alot of cooking on the truck. Weighing and measuring is just not covienient for me.

If I were in the situation you are I would weigh/measure however you want...using scale at home or the containers. I would plan my meals before I left to know what I could eat. My husband is a team driver and is gone for almost 5 days a week. They have a microwave and a cooker in the truck along with a cooler. We do his meals on Sunday for him to take for the week....

I just weigh and measure into my own baggies or containers...
