Still struggling with this cold/cough/congestion thing I've had since late last Wednesday - so almost a week! I'm trying to stop taking the Mucinex even though that did help with the severe cough. I thought I would sweat out the cold on Sat and got out and walked, even ran but it was raining and cold and I think made it worse. So this week my diet is not the best, though luckily the Halloween candy didn't hold much appeal (just snagged two of my favs). Exercise should have been up to 150 minutes a week but I barely scratched out much since Sat. I'll get there, its a long slow process but I am encouraged by having to buy a size smaller jeans recently. Patience is just as important as willpower for me. Hubs has been much more helpful and encouraging lately and that surprisingly makes a difference.
