and for some reason i've hit this unmotivated slump again. Its been blizzarding outside for the last three days and i havent worked out in three days because i've just felt SOO tired...coincidence? or not?

I have handweights and resistance bands for days I don't feel like going to the gym (or can't go). My favorite move would have to be walking lunges with shoulder presses. Some movement is better than none! :)
