I signed up for Beast Mode Intermittent Fasting but I don't fast so I hope that doesn't upset anyone.
I weighed myself early Saturday morning, which is about my usual time, so I feel astonished that I actually lost so much! I didn't expect to, since I don't feel like I have been working that hard. But I guess I have.
Going to try to get to the gym today for some stretching and some elliptical maybe. My trainer has two other jobs, so we didn't connect this weekend for training. I had a party and my daughter moved into a new apartment so I was pretty busy myself.
