One week sticking to this and still feeling pumped. I need to add more exercise, but its been so cold that I havent made it back to the gym. Goal for week 2: get to the gym!
71.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
