I'm considering increasing my calories to 2100. I did much better maintaining that. perhaps a one month experiment. rarely lately have I actually met my goal. if I increased my calories perhaps I would accomplish the goal more regularly, as I had before, also along which I had achieved success in weight management to my original goal of 140. averaged out I'm eating way more than 2100.
