I'm baaaaaaack!
I finally got going at a new gym. It was going along really well...but then I started to get some MUSCLE. Enough muscle that I've actually gained three pounds! Sure, I look better and that's the best part...but I gotta put a bit of effort into cutting a couple hundred calories each day. Just help my workout out a touch.
