Hubby and I have decided that this month we are getting serious...no more cheating! So no bread (wheat), no to low added sugar (so hard to not eat sugar at all...it's in everything) (not counting fruit or honey), and we won't be eating out. I am also going to try and spend less time on the internet so I am more productive while I am at home. I go to see the ENT about ear surgery in a month and I hope to be in better health. I've been taking feverfew for headaches and cinnamon, garlic, and oil of oregano for the ear infection.
