Ate too many carbs yesterday. Supposed to be under 20g and I think I was around 30g. Not horrible, but something to be aware of. Last time I did Atkins, I didn't watch the "incidental" carbs in processed meats, and those in veggies. This time I'm keeping a running total in my head throughout the day. It sure saves me a lot of time - not having to log every single food I eat in my profile here. This is really a whole lot easier than counting calories!
