2 days on the induction phase and I have followed the plan exactly. Rewarded today with a 1.5lb loss (YaY!) I normally like to "adjust" a diet to suit my wants because I've always lied to myself that "Oh, it's just a little bit and everything in moderation is good, right?"
My ability to stick to it perfectly for 2 days is a HUGE boost to my morale.
