So far so good, my rest day was Monday BUT I decided to do a "little cardio" meaning Turbo Jam intervals .. oh my gosh!!! .. it was pretty intense but it felt awesome (meaning I am still sore :S) Yesterday was my second strenght day and I am using right now the resistance band, I think I have to buy a set of free weights, it would make "easier" to follow the workout, a lot of people think that resistance bands are easier BUT THEY ARE NOT, my body knows this ;) !!! .... Anyway I am really happy and motivated with this program (just 3 days I know!)I am actually looking forward to this at the end of my 10 hours work day .. not an easy thing to do but I am trying ! .. I am super tired of just "trying" I actually want to look awesome !!! ... Anywayyy thanks for the post girl!!!!!!
