Eli everyone I have been away awhile. A lot has been going on ad I admit I have gotten at off track. Alot has been going on and I thought life was suppose to get easier as we get older...lol. Some of you know we drive an 18 wheeler and it decided to bite the dust this summer and we had to buy another one. Then I fell broke my foot and ankle in three places and in wearing the stupid boot for six 8 weeks I have messed up my hip on the side that I was not wearing the boot. Doctor said it was cause of the difference in the boot and my shoe. That hip is giving me as mush trouble as the foot is. So only short walks for now. Alot of excuses I could go on but bottom line I have to start over. I'm totally disgusted with my self. I haven't gained although I don't know why not. I'm 61 only take a thyroid tablet a day and now of course NSAIDS so I guess I'm doing pretty good on that part. Enough rambling it's Tim to get started. I ask for prayers from your higher power to get myself back on track.
