Note to self*** So I'm back again, after so much time off and a beautiful baby later.. I'm not getting the old jeans over my belly least to say feeling good in myself, just gotta think I can't forget to eat.. then when I'm Starving its crisps (bags of them!!) bread and chocolate and biscuits.. Yes that been my actual diet for the last 8 and a half weeks.. Night feeds I can't cave, I will grab a handful of grapes instead!! so I'm back on the restricted cals then when I can get to a gym or lose a stone then I will up them as usual, may have to order diet whey to give me a kick up the arise... That I very much need 🙈
