Since August I've added more cardio- spinning, power walking & weight lifting. So I'm hoping that some of the results of slow weight loss is due to alittle increased muscle mass & not fat.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
